The food at Miraval Berkshires is spectacular. Again, there is something for every palate, as vegans, meat-eaters, and vegetarians will be all be well-sated and delighted in every season.
The 1894 Fireside Bistro & Bar in the Wyndhurst Mansion was constructed in that year, and its splendor is reflected in the cuisine as well as its outstanding architecture, furnishings, and decor. There you can savor a fine dining prix fixe meal made with fresh ingredients from local farms, sip a pre-dinner cocktail at the Mansion Bar, and listen to live music every Friday and Saturday night.
The resort’s Executive Chef Justin Taylor sources ingredients from local Berkshires artisans and farmers to create culinary masterpieces and present food options all throughout the retreat that are seasonal, healthy, flavorful, and creatively inspired.

Other food offerings are: The Harvest Moon Restaurant, both buffet style and menu cuisine, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sloane’s Restaurant is another restaurant on the property, and take-out options are available for every meal.
